How do I register my child?

Please register using the form below. Once you have registered you will receive an e-mail from our VP Externals with links to our Online Waiver and Photo Release Form.

Lessons will be begin on October 6th, with the last lesson being December 1st.

The registration fee for each term is $35 for a 30 minute lesson and $50 for a 45 minute lesson per child per session and is due on your child's first day of lessons each term, payable at the pool by either cash or cheque. If you are paying by cheque, please make it payable to SWAM London.

Note: If you fill out an enrollment form for the fall session, between February and September, you will be contacted at the beginning of September and if you fill out an enrollment form for the winter session, between October and January, we will contact you at the beginning of  January.
